Sage Burning Instructions

• Open a window or door before you start burning the sage.  This allows the smoke and unwanted energy to exit your house.
• Hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light the bundle from the top for about 20 seconds then gently blow out the flame. You may also crush the leaves and place them on a burning charcoal tablet.
• Please be cautious and burn safely.
• Keep out of reach of children, pets, and flammable materials.

All of our items are shipped via USPS within 5-8 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

*Please make sure the shipping address used is verified and error-free. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If I package is returned, additional shipping fees will be added.

Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

CUSTOMS AND EXCEPTIONS

All international orders placed through DHL and UPS require a signature upon receipt. DHL and UPS do not ship to a P.O. Box., a physical address will need to be provided.

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariffs, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable taxes or value limit in order to clear customs.

Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are considered domestic shipments that are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

We are not responsible for refunds if:
Packages are refused due to high duties, taxes, or any additional fees.

Shipping Delays

• Packages are not picked up by the recipient.
• Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
• Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
