Uncommon Rocks is not responsible for items damaged, broken, delayed, lost, stolen, or deliver errors due to the mail carrier.   By purchasing the Optional Shipping Insurance, your order is insuranced. You will receive a full refund if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or you have evidence of theft or failed or improper delivery.

Coverage provided is for all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit. Coverage is on a package-by-package basis. Inbound shipments are not covered. 

*Coverage is for loss, damage, or shortage to the original merchandise shipped plus the original shipping cost (if declared), only.  

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier.  Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
